优化高校国际商务人才培养模式的探讨

Improving International Business Training Mode

国际商务专业在我国起步较晚,存在很多不足,在西方国家是一个较为成熟的专业,在人才培养模式方面有许多值得我们借鉴之处。本文通过对西方几所高校的调研及企业与学生的问卷调查,认为提供第二专业的学习机会、增加海外交流机会、开设第二外语课程对于优化国际商务专业人才培养模式非常重要。

International Business Program started late in China and there is much room to be improved.In western countries International Business Programs have been running successfully for many years and we can learn from their training modes.This research interviews several universities in the west countries and administers questionnaires to enterprises and students.It is found that second major,oversea study,second language course are vital for improving international business training mode.
