Journals not only consist of an important part of library collections,but also provide teachers and students in higher vocational college with up-to-date important documents for teaching,research and study.The level of journal management and the use of journals will have a direct impact on the quality of library services.Combing with practical work experience,this paper discusses how to construct journal resources,and how to make effective use of service work.
