Enterprises are an important part of society.Enterprises,especially large state-owned enterprises,are not only creators of material wealth,but also important force in building a harmonious society.Therefore,enterprises in carrying out ideological and political work should always adhere to the care of people with respect,understanding and education of people unite.Enterprises should uphold close to the business reality,ideological trends,close to the working life,benevolent hot and difficult issues,and create a harmonious development environment in which the cohesion and solidarity continue to be enhanced.
