摘要
在温度3333、43、3533、63 K,压力8.0~14.8 MPa的范围内,采用静态观察法测定了二甘醇单甲醚、二甘醇单乙醚和二甘醇单丁醚在超临界CO2中的溶解情况,并利用2种半经验模型Bartle和Chrastil分别对实验数据进行了关联计算,其中由Chrastil经验模型计算所得的3种化合物的平均相对误差依次为3.30%、6.22%、5.52%,由Bartle经验模型计算所得绝对相对偏差依次为12.5%、26.44%、21.84%,2种经验模型拟合结果与实验值关联度较高.根据Kumar-Johnston理论分别计算了3种化合物在超临界二氧化碳中的偏摩尔体积(-1681.77~-534.51),为该体系应用于超临界萃取提供了理论基础.
The solubilities of really diethylene glycol single methyl ether, really diethylene glycol single ether, ChanDing diethylene glycol ether in supercritical CO2 were determined by fixed volume visualization method at 333,343,353,363 K and at pressures from (8.0 to 14. 8) MPa. To confirm the tested solubility, two density-based correlations proposed by Bartle and Chrastil were investigated. The results showed good self-consistency with the data calculated by the two semiempirical equations and the average relative deviations of the measured values were 12.5 %, 26.44 %, 21.84 % from that estimated by Bartle's method and 3.30 %, 6.22 %, 5.52 % estimated by Chrastil's method for the three compounds respectively. According to the Kumar and Johnston theory , the partial molar volumes of each compounds in the supercritical phase were calculated and the results were between- 1681.77 and -534.51 .
