知识管理在图书馆编目管理运用中的探索

Exploring Knowledge Management in Library Catalog Management

通过对处于知识经济大背景下的图书馆编目工作的研究,引出急需引入知识管理模式,从而实现从定量管理到知识管理的创新的结论。从图书馆编目定量管理入手,分析了编目工作发展的四大趋势及现状,并从知识管理的定义,人性化管理手段,加强培训,提高业务水平;挖掘采编部隐性知识,建立SNS、论坛或QQ群,加强与外界沟通等五个方面对知识管理在编目管理中应用进行了探讨。

Library cataloging in the background of knowledge-based economy, need to introduce knowledge management mode urgently, in order to achieve a quantitative management to knowledge management innovation. Our paper analyzes the four major trends and status in the development of cataloging from the library catalog quantitative management, and discuss the application of knowledge management in cataloging management from the definition of knowledge management; human-oriented management tools; enhance training, improve the professional level; mining editing department of tacit knowledge; build SNS, Forum or QQ group, and strengthening communication with the outside world these five areas.
