从高校知识产权保护的现状入手,分析高校知识产权保护存在的问题,并提出具体对策:重视宣传,增强知识产权保护意识;健全制度,完善知识产权保护体系;加强管理,防止知识产权流失;培养人才,促进知识产权保护的良性发展。

Based on the status quo of the protection of the university＇s intellectual property, the problems in the protection of the university＇s intellectual property are analyzed. Specific countermeasures are put forward： attaching importance to publicity, raising the awareness of intellectual property protection; improving and perfecting the system for protecting intellectual property; strengthening management to avoid the loss of intellectual property; and cultivat- ing talents to enhance the protection of intellectual property.
