摘要
随着高等中医教育的不断发展,我国中医院校教师队伍逐步由"量"的扩张向"质"的需求转变。教师专业发展作为教师自我提高、完善职业地位和行业素质的一个学习化过程,是提高教师素质、修养与技能技巧的重要途径。文章从教师专业发展的基本内涵研究出发,在教师专业发展的理论基础之上,围绕中医院校青年教师专业发展存在的问题,结合当前我国中医院校教师专业发展的特殊要求,给出促进教师专业发展的策略,从自主意识和体制建设等方面为中医院校青年教师专业发展指明方向。
With the development of higher education of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), the demand for faculty in TCM colleges and universities has gradually shifted from "quantity" to "quality'. As a learning process for self-improvement, perfecting occupational status and trade quality, the teacher professional development is an important way to improve teachers" quality, cultural refinement, and skills. Based on the study of the basic theories and connotations of teacher professional development, focusing on the existing problems in the professional development for young teachers at TCM universities and colleges, and in consideration of the special demand for teacher professional development in China's TCM colleges and universities, this paper provides some strategies for teacher professional development, thus orientating the young teachers in such aspects as self-awareness and system establishment.
