摘要
针对横拉接头角铁式车床夹具重心和连接盘回转中心不重合的现象,运用基于Pro/E行为建模技术对横接头的车床夹具建立了重心与连接盘回转中心距离的分析特征,对平衡块的厚度和半径两个尺寸对质心与回转轴距离进行了敏感度分析,并在此距离为零的情况下进行了可行性分析,找出了一组解决方案,实现了动平衡中质心与回转轴的重合。
For the phenomenon that the horizontal pulling angle iron type lathe fixture center of gravity and the connecting disk rotary center do not coincide , based on Pro / E behavior to build simulation technology on transverse joint of lathe jig established center of gravity and the connecting disk rotation center distance analysis feature, the balance block thickness and radius of two sizes of the centroid and the rotary shaft distance sensitivity analyses are conducted, and the distance of zero in the absence of a feasibility analysis, a set of solutions has been found to achieve the dynamic balance of the centroid and the rotary shaft.
