我国现行国家审计机关组织机构以及审计业务组织管理流程方式存在诸多弊端。基于审计"免疫系统"理论与现代组织项目型管理模式理论,构建了项目型结构的国家审计机关组织模式以及项目型结构的国家审计业务组织管理方式,实现人力资源的最佳组合,最大限度地发挥审计机关的综合优势。

There are many drawbacks of China＇s government audit organization and organizational and managiral methods. Based on the audit immune system theory and the modern theory of organizational project management model, the government audit institutions of project-based structure and the government audit business organizational management of project-based structure model are built, through which human resources may achieve the best combination and government audit institutions may play a comprehensive advantages.
