摘要
加强民众教化、提高民族整体素质,是从古至今统治者及文人学士都十分关注的社会问题。苏轼在《策别》中,不仅反复论说社会教化是固本安民的重要国策,提出使民"安于为善"的教化目标,还明确指出要想达到有效的教化效果,必须首先"课百官",并具体指明"课百官"的重要意义及教化手段。这些"课百官"的具体手法既有历史的进步意义又有现实的借鉴作用。
How to strengthen social education and improve the overall quality of the nation has long been the social problem that rulers and scholars greatly concern about. In the Song Dynasty, Su Shi discussed the issue in Ce Bie. In this book, he reiterated that social education was an important national strategy to stabilize the country and educate the people, and put forward the educational tar- get of ' people being satisfied with the virtuous society', then dearly pointed out the significance of pfioritized ' official education' and provided the concrete techniques which were advanced in that era and enlightened in practice.
