Expanded polytetrafluoroethylene（EPTFE） has particular structure and stable chemical property which make it ideal for plastic and hazarded heard repairing.The research development of EPTFE in medicine was reviewed.The application of EPTFE in human nasal plastic,heart valve,vascular grafts and removing pulmonary residual cavity,etc,were introduced.
