摘要 心脏X综合征（CXS）指具有典型或不典型心绞痛症状,运动试验阳性,但冠状动脉造影正常的一组征候群,并排除心外膜冠状动脉痉挛、左室肥厚及瓣膜性心脏病等所致的病损。
