新疆产业结构演进对劳动生产率增长的效应分析

An Analysis of the Growth Effect of the Industrial Structure Evolution in Xinjiang on Labor Productivity

本文从产业结构演进的角度对新疆劳动生产率的增长效应进行了分析。分析得出:第一,新疆产业结构演进效应对劳动生产率增长的整体贡献度偏低,且贡献趋势不显著。第二,新疆第二产业的结构演进效应较全国水平存在较大差距,第三产业结构演进效应略低于全国水平。基于此,本文认为应从增量调整的角度来考虑提升产业结构演进效应对新疆劳动生产率增长的贡献作用,使新疆劳动生产率的提升具有可持续性。

This paper analyzes the growth effect of the labor productivity in Xinjiang from the perspective of the industrial evolution. The study shows that the degree of overall contribution of the industrial structure evolution effect in Xinjiang on the growth of labor productivity is low, and the growth trend of industrial structure evolution effect on labor productivity is not significant; the effect of the second industry is much slighter than that of the whole country, and the effect of the third industry is not as significant as that of the whole country. On the basis of analysis, to make the growth of labor productivity more sustainable, the contribution of the industrial evolution to the labor productivity can be enhanced by the way of adjusting the increased output.
