Overview of Energy-Saving Technology Renovation in Large Scale Urea Plant

介绍大型二氧化碳汽提法和氨汽提法尿素装置的工艺特点。针对各种工艺特点,综述我国20世纪70年代后陆续引进的大型尿素装置节能技术改造的情况。提出大型尿素装置进一步进行技术改造的努力方向和建议。

Process features are described of the large scale urea plants adopting carbon dioxide stripping or ammonia stripping process. In connection with each process features, an overview is given of energy-saving technology renovation of large scale urea plants adopting carbon dioxide stripping process successively introduced since the 1970s by our country. The aspects and suggestions for further technology renovation of the large scale urea plants are proposed.
