摘要 用气相色谱法分析脱碳液中哌嗪含量。采用Rtx-5型毛细管柱和氢火焰离子化检测器(FID),通过对溶剂、汽化室和色谱柱温度、进样器类型、进样深度和进样方式等条件的探讨,确认哌嗪分析方法,同时根据标准样品的峰面积进行定性和定量分析。该方法能够满足脱碳液中哌嗪含量分析的要求,且哌嗪质量分数在0.06%~3.00%时线性较好。 Piperazidine content in decarbonization solution is analyzed by gas chromatography. Using Rtx-5 capillary columns and hydrogen flame ionization detector (FID), through investigation into various conditions including solvent, vaporizing chamber, column temperature, sampler type, injection depth, sampling procedure, ect. the analysis method for piperazidine is established. At the same time, qualitative and quantitative analysis is carried out according to peak areas of standard sample. This method can satisfy the need of analysis piperazidine content in decarbonization solution and when mass fraction of piperizadine is between 0. 06%- 3. 00% ,the linearity is rather good.
