摘要
造气是合成氨生产中能耗最高同时又是余热最多的工段。通过对造气炉、工艺流程、控制系统等多方面的改造,使煤炭利用率提高5%~10%,产气量增加10%以上,实现了造气工段安全、高产、低耗生产,达到了节能降耗的目的。
Gasification is the section with the highest consumption of energy and also the most abundant quantity of waste heat. The renovation of the gasifier, process flow and control system raises the utilization ratio of coal by 5% - 10% and the gas produced by over 10%, thereby leading to safe, high-yield and low-consumption production in the gasification section, attaining the aim of energy saving and consumption reduction.
