摘要
简述循环水系统情况,介绍一、三期尿素循环水水质存在的问题,分析原因并提出技改措施。改造后,循环水水质大为改善,特别是Ca2+和Cl-含量明显下降,尿素系统的主要换热设备清洗周期由2个月延长至5个月。
A brief account is given of the circulation water system as well as the problem in the water quality of the first and third stage circulation water in the urea unit, the causes are analyzed, and technological renovation measures are put forward. After renovation, the quality of circulation water is greatly improved, especially, the Ca^2+ and C1-content decreases significantly, and the cleaning frequency of the main heat exchange equipment prolongs from 2 months to 5 months.
