摘要
教师队伍建设的本质是具体的,高校教师队伍建设因地域性、高校类型、办学层次、定位的不同而表现出一定的异质性.高校教师队伍建设的方法和策略如果缺乏针对性,就会在实践中出现无所适从的局面.因此,无论是考察教师队伍建设现状,还是探讨其原因、对策等,都必须根植于高校教师队伍的异质性研究.探讨民族异质性、地区异质性和高校自身管理的异质性对高校教师队伍建设的影响,这对南疆地区而言,尤其具有说服力.
The essence of the teaching staffs construction is concrete,the university teaching staffs construction exhibits heterogeneity according to regionality,college types,education levels,positioning.Lacking in pertinence of the method and strategy,the situation that did not know what to do has grown up in practice.So,investigation into the current situation of the teaching staffs construction runs deep in the heterogeneity as well as explore the cause,countermeasures and so on.Discussing the influence on the university teaching staffs construction that the heterogeneity of the ethnic,regional and administrative have,means to particularly convincing to South Xinjiang.
