摘要
为了满足实时性和便携性的要求,开发了基于USB总线技术的多通道温度测量系统。利用CH374 USB总线接口芯片和MC9S12DG128单片机完成数据采集单元与PC机之间的通信。测控软件基于Visual Basic 6.0语言,包含SQL、OLE、DLL、Windows API、ActiveX等多项技术,可实现数据显示、列表刷新、曲线绘制、文件存储和参数设置等功能。测试结果表明:该系统界面友好,可视化程度高,具有很强的实时性和可靠性。
In order to meet the requirements of real-time and portability, an USB-based multi-channel temperature measuring system was developed. The system applied the CH374 and the MC9S12DG128 to complete the communication between the data acquisition unit and the PC. The measurement and control software was based on Visual Basic 6.0 ; many technologies, such as SQL, OLE, DLL, Windows API and ActiveX were integrated. The software functions such as data display,list refresh, curve drawing, file storage, parameter setting, were realized. The test shows the system has friendly interface, high visualization, strong real-time and reliability.
