摘要
以无刷直流电动机为控制对象,设计出基于电机控制专用芯片dsPIC30F4011的电机控制系统。阐述了该系统的控制方案及工作原理,介绍了其硬件组成和软件设计。试验结果表明:控制系统集控制优势和高速运算能力于一体,具有良好的调速性能。此外,该系统外围设计简单,系统功耗低,可靠性高,易于实现无刷直流电动机的高性能运动控制,应用广泛。
Based on dsPIC3OF4011 which was specifically designed for the needs of digital motor control, a control system was developed to drive the brushless DC motor. The control strategy and the operational principle of the control system were elaborated, and the software and hardware design was presented. The experimental results indicate that excellent speed adjusting performance can be achieved in this system which combines the flexible control with high-speed operation ability. In addition, with the advantages of simple circuit structure, low power consumption and high reliability, the system can achieve high performance control and has a wide field of application.
