提高容栅数显皮革测厚仪的测量准确度的研究

摘要 针对目前容栅数显皮革测厚仪在测量过程中的测量准确度不高的现状,对测厚仪的工作原理进行分析后,找出误差的影响因素,提出了一种分别从硬件、软件2个方面进行改进的办法。在机械加工和安装方面,通过添加半圆形限位片以及弹簧片的方法进行改进。在软件方面进行优化,即编写测量出错提示以及定时5 s后在LCM06XK上进行锁定当前显示的经过数字滤波算法求平均的厚度值的软件程序以提高测量准确度。最后通过实验数据证明改进后的仪器具有测量准确度高、稳定性好、抗干扰能力强等优点。 The low measurement accuracy existed in the measurement of the digital leather thickness gauge with capacitive sensor. The error in the measurement was found out by analyzing the principles of the thickness gague. Then,the improved methods were brought up both in the hardware and software respectively. To add semi-circular limit films and spring in the machining and installation. To improve the measurement accuracy by software, measurement of non-stadard, locking the leather thickness on the LCM06XK after 5 s timing and averaging through data filtering were brought forward. The experimental results show the gauge has many advantages after using the improved gauge, such as high measurement accuracy, strong stablity, high resolution and anti-jamming capability.
