摘要 为了实现微小加速度的测量,提出了一种以SCA610加速度计和C8051F350单片机为核心的高精度加速度测量方法。采用软硬件结合的方式,实现低频振动的三轴加速度的测量。利用C8051F350单片机内置的24位ADC,保证测量精度。通过硬件设计实现的模拟量差分输入和上位机中的数字滤波,抑制了噪声的干扰。实测结果显示,系统加速度测量可准确到1 mg,满足微小加速度的测量需求。 According to the requirements of low acceleration level measurement,an acceleration measuring method with high resolution was presented.Based on the hardware and the software,the system mainly composed of the accelerometer SCA610 and the MCU C8051F350 can achieve triaxial acceleration measurement of low frequency vibration.To ensure high precision,it took advantage of the 24-bit A/D converter contained in the MCU C8051F350.Meanwhile,the differential input realized by hardware design and the butterworth analog filtering were utilized to reduce noise affection.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the acceleration measuring system is up to 1 mg,meeting the requirements of low acceleration level measurement.
