The experiences and deficiencies of SFPT（sofrware factory practice training） within universities in china and abroad are Analyzed The management theoretical basis for pipeline SFPT and its design goal are discussed. The mode of SFPT is introduced from the points of views of the function-partition within all departments of sot^-ware factory, software development flows, employees and management solutions.
