This article analyzed the necessity of building a Mobile Phone Archives based on investigating the concepts of 3G phone and Mobile Phone Archives. And then put forward the strategy of building Mobile Phone Archives fi-om the archival resources, services and technical condition support. At last, it also prospected the future of mobile phone archives.
