摘要
由于城市污水处理厂的数量和规模不断扩大,污泥的处置与资源化利用问题倍受关注。首先分析了污泥的组成和特性,并在此基础上从土地利用和建材利用两方面出发,探讨城市污泥资源化利用的途径。结果表明,我国城市污泥中有机质、全氮、全磷和全钾等营养物质的含量变幅较大,且存在重金属超标的环境风险,因此对污泥的监控是土地利用的前提。另一方面,由于污泥中含有丰富的硅和铝,可在陶瓷和化学键合陶瓷建材制备中起凝胶作用,为污泥的建材利用开辟了新途径。
The dispose and utilization of sewage sludge were focused, with the increasing of quantity and scale of treatment plant. The characteristics of sewage sludge were classified and analyzed in the paper, then the reuse approaches of sewage sludge to land application and building materials were discussed. The results indicated that the contents organic matter ,total nitrogen, total phosphorus and total potassium changed greatly in different sewage sludge samples, and environment risk on heavy metal exceeding the criterion was existed. So sewage sludge should be monitored and controlled before land application. On the other hand, a great quantity of silicon and alumina in sewage sludge can be the gel in making ceramic and chemically bonded ceramics( CBC), so sewage sludge can be applied to building materials.
