在小型浮法线上进行超薄浮法玻璃生产,针对生产中发现的成形问题进行了分析、探讨,改造了锡槽结构,并采取了一系列技术措施,改造的思路方法、成形结构参数和生产技术措施都是行之有效的。

Ultra-thin float glass was manufactured from a small scale float line and some forming problems occurred during production were discussed. Structure of tin bath was reformed and a series technical steps were taken. Practice has proved that all the ideas and methods , the renewed structural parameters and the technical measures were effective.
