缝合制备有机硅复合材料及其弯曲性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了缝合工艺对高硅氧/有机硅复合材料弯曲性能的影响。室温下,2种工艺制备的复合材料弯曲性能几乎没有差别,500℃处理10 min后,缝合工艺制备的复合材料性能明显高于无缝合工艺的复合材料,而700℃处理10 min后,缝合工艺制备的复合材料性能不如无缝合工艺的复合材料。结果表明,500℃以下,缝合工艺有效地防止层合板的分层破坏,而当温度达到700℃,随着缝合线(PBO纤维)的分解,造成了复合材料性能更加劣化。 The influence of stitched process on the flexural strength of vycor fiber/silicone composites was studied. It is showed that the flexural strength of composite fabricated by two processes is nearly identical at room temperature. The property of composite fabricated by stitched process is obviously higher than that of the unstitched one after treated at 500 ℃ for 10 min. Instead,the property of composite fabricated by stitched process is lower than that of the unstitched one after treated at 700 ℃ for 10 min. The results show that the stitched process can effectively prevent the delamination of composites below 500 ℃. But the property of composites becomes worse with the degradation of PBO fibers at higher temperature. The flexural strength of composite is lower than that of unstitched ones at 700 ℃.
