摘要
建筑节能是节能减排中的重要组成部分,是城市建设发展中的重要工作内容。上海以建设国际大都市为目标,以城市可持续发展为战略,积极推进建筑节能工作。文章对建筑节能"十一五"发展进行回顾,总结五年来的主要工作内容与取得的成效,并分析目前主要存在问题,以此为下一轮发展提供成功经验和明确工作方向。
The building energy conservation is an important part of energy-saving and emission-reducing item, which is also an important work content of urban construction and development. Shanghai is to build up an international metropolis as goal, to develop city in sustainable way as strategy, it will actively promote building energy conservation task. This article reviews shanghai building conservation in ＂11th five year plan＂, summarizes main work and achieved effects in five years and analyses main current problems in order to provide successful experiences and clear work direction for next round development.
