区港联动推进现代物流业发展研究——以江苏太仓港为例

The Aport Linkage Advancing Modern Logistics Development Research on Taicang Port of Jiangsu Province

"区港联动"是太仓海关为做大做强太仓港而推出的一种新型快速通关模式,其核心在于形成内陆腹地和太仓港口物流之间的深度融合与无缝对接,即把口岸功能引入内陆海关监管场所和区域,实现"一次报关、一次查验、一次放行"的便利化通关流程。该通关模式既有效降低了企业物流成本,也为太仓港的快速发展提供了源源不断的货物,实现了内陆腹地和港口的共同发展。文中分析了太仓港"区港联动"通关模式的发展历程,指出区港联动模式的优势,并提出放大该通关模式效应的对策。

＂ The area port linkage ＂ is a new fast customs clearance mode rolled out by Taicang port customs in order to bigger and stronger Taicang port. This mode puts the port function into place and regional customs supervision inland, to achieve ＂once customs declaration, once assessment, once release＂ facilitation customs clearance process, not only reduce logistics cost, but also realize the interior and port of common development. This paper analyzes ＂ the area port linkage ＂ customs clearance model development process of Taicang port, points out the advantages of this mode, and puts forward countermeasures to expand the effect.
