In this paper, the material supply management new system construction methods were discussed. It stated that we should be guided by the scientific concept of development, actively face to challenges, strengthen internal management, create supple mode, focuse on constrction of the new system for supply guarantee and energy reduction, in order to promote the plans to purchase management of the coal enterprises＇ logistics system, establish the new storage management and perfect logistics management and distribution system.
