摘要
文中结合湖南华瑞物流公司物流运营现状及物流成本问题进行分析并提出了相应的解决方案。针对物流企业业务流程与物流成本之间的矛盾关系,提出了通过梳理物流流程、完善信息系统等措施来降低物流企业运营成本的建设性意见,为我国物流企业完善企业管理,加快发展速度,提高国际竞争力提供参考。
In this paper, Hunan Huarui status logistics company logistics operations and logistics cost analysis and the corresponding solution. For the logistics business processes and contradictory relationship between logistics costs, made by combing the logistics processes, improve information systems and other measures to reduce the logistics cost of business operations for their constructive comments, as China＇s logistics enterprises to improve business management, accelerate development, improve intemational competitiveness of reference.
