摘要
首先,通过列举日本7-11连锁便利店仓储配送发展的典型案例,介绍了共同配送的产生。由此可以总结出,共同配送必将是零售企业规模扩大后所采取的最行之有效的配送方式之一。其次,阐述了目前在我国中小型物流企业共同配送市场中存在的条件不成熟、实施难等现象,这是由于市场缺乏规范式管理以及国内物流配套设施发展不完善等原因造成。针对于此,文中从合作伙伴的合理选择,周边环境的有效利用以及物流科技含量的不断加强这三个方面为出发点提出了改善意见。最终,达到提高共同配送效率以推动我国零售行业的物流管理水平进一步发展的目的。
