摘要
长期以来受学科教育思想束缚,高职院校专业人才培养目标定位通常是内涵模糊的定性描述,这些描述方法不能根本上解决职业教育专业人才培养目标分层次定位问题。以职业发展关键阶段的名称及内涵要求来定位培养目标,能比较科学地解决好不同层次职业教育在课程体系、教材、教学目标、教学方法、考核评价等一系列重要问题上的有机衔接,对于我国建立现代职业教育体系,并对职业教育人才培养质量的监控与保障将形成革命性的影响。
Under the influence of discipline education thought, the connotation description of professional talent cultivation objective orientation in vocational colleges is fuzzy and unlear for a long time. The descriptive method could not solve the problems of stratified orientation of talents training target in professional education. A good way to locate the training objectives is using the names of key stages in career development and the connotation of the requirements. In this way, it can solve a series of important problems of different levels, i.e. the course system, teaching materials, teaching objectives,teaching method, examination evaluation and so on and will have a revolutioriary influence on the establishment of China's modern vocational education system and quality monitoring and security of talent training in professional education.
