高职汽车专业文化与企业文化对接与融合探索——以十堰职业技术学院汽车工程系为例

An Explore of the Integration between Automotive Professional Culture in Vocational Colleges and Corporate Culture-Taking the Auto Department of Shiyan Technical Institute

汽车专业文化与企业文化对接,引优秀企业文化进系(部)是汽车专业培养具有良好职业道德的高技能型人才的重要保证。本文在界定汽车专业文化内涵的基础上,厘清汽车专业文化与企业文化的内在联系,剖析二者对接与融合的思路,提出从物质文化、制度文化、精神文化、人文文化、职业文化五个方面引优秀的企业文化进汽车专业,创建新型育人环境,实现汽车专业快速、可持续发展。

An important guarantee to train high skilled personnel with good. professional ethics is to integrate automotive professional culture with corporate culture. The writers, on the base of defining the connotation of automotive professional culture and clarifying the internal relations between the two cultures, analyze the ways of the integration from five aspects,i.e. cultures of material, of system, of spirit, of humanity and of occupation so as to create a new way of cultivating talents and guarantee a rapid and sustainable development to automobile specialty.
