摘要
随着公务员制度改革逐渐趋向公平、正义的浪潮,中国的"公考热"呈现出千军万马争过"独木桥"的独特景观。对此现象我们应该进行理性的分析。本文分析了这一现象产生的原因,对社会造成的影响,并提出了相应的对策。
With the reformation of civil service system gradually becoming fair and just, "Public Examination Fever" in China has shown its unique landscape. We should analyze this phenomenon rationally. This paper analyzes the causes of this phenomenon, its impact on society, and represents policy recommendations.
