Curriculum resources are background conditions of the Curriculum implementation. A rich curriculum resource is an indispensable carrier to integration of curriculum content, openness of objectives and dynamic performance of the implementation process. The new modes of curriculum emphasizes on improving the independent learning ability of students. Therefore, it is the basic problem to take advantage of new technology and new tools to build and use curriculum resources under the information technology and network technology environment.
