Bridgeinspection legislation and implementation manual in USA

针对国内桥梁检测规范或规程相对缺乏,介绍了美国桥梁检测标准(NBIS)和桥梁检测人员参考手册(BIRM)形成的背景以及具体内容的梗概。前者是美国联邦法规,后者为具体实施程序。虽然我们不能直接套用他国的法规、手册,但可以为我们国内桥梁检测人员学习和借鉴。

In view of the lack of domestic bridge inspection the standards or the technical instructions,this paper introduced National Bridge Inspection Standards(NBIS) as a federal legislation in USA and the Bridge Inspection Reference Manual(BIRM) as a practical implementation handbook,involved development(forming) backgrounds as well as specific content of the synopsis.For our bridge inspectors,it will be contributed to learn and use the experience of other countries for reference.
