摘要
九江长江公路大桥是"7918"国家高速公路网规划中福州至银川主线的重要组成部分,路线全长25.19 261 km,使用年限100年。项目地处酸雨控制区,混凝土工程质量要求较高,针对服役环境及功能需求,采用C50清水混凝土泵送工艺施工大桥索塔,因此从保障结构安全服役的耐久性角度,对原材料选择,配合比设计、浇筑振捣及养护方法等各个环节提出了具体要求,以确保混凝土的颜色、表面观感和施工质量符合要求。
The Jiujiang Yangtze River Highway Bridge,which is an important component of Fuzhou to Yinchuan expressway in '7918' program of national expressway network.It is 25.19261 kilometers long totally and has a design service life of 100 years.The bridge locates in acid rain control regions,which requires higher quality of concrete engineering.C50 fair-faced concrete pumping construction technology is adopted for the pylon construction according to the service environment and functional requirements.In view of the durability for the structural service safety,specific requirements for material selection,design of mix proportioning,methods of pouring vibrating maintenance are proposed to guarantee the quality,including the color of concrete,surface perception and construction quality.
