摘要
在含沙量高的黄河中上游水域的扬黄泵站,受泵站和水泵设计、水泵材质以及运行、维护、管理等诸多因素的影响,水泵在运行中极易出现各种各样的故障,不仅影响泵站的安全、稳定运行,而且增加了机电设备维修费用及检修人员的工作量.针对宁夏固海扩灌扬水工程多级电力提灌泵站的单级双吸式离心泵,主要分析了离心泵在工作时常见的启动及运行故障产生的原因,并提出了故障处理的一般方法,将对提高泵站运行的安全、可靠性和装置效率,保证灌区正常灌溉具有一定的指导和借鉴作用.
The pump in the Yanghuang pump station of Huanghe suspended sediment easily gets in various trouble when it works due to such factors as the pump station, the design, material, operation, maintenance and management of the pump. The trouble not only affects the security and stable operation of he pump station, but also increase the cost of mechanical and electrical equipments maintenance and the workload of maintenance staff. Aiming at the single stage double suction centrifugal pump of multilevel power to improve irrigation capacity in the Ningxia Guhai Irrigation Project's pumping station, the article analyzes the causes of the centrifugal pump common start and malfunction. It expounds the general methods of fault handing and has certain guidance and reference for the role to improve the security and reliability of the pumping stations and device efficiency and ensure the normal amount of water irrigation.
