摘要 为了创建节约型校园,提高学校用能、用水效率和科学管理的水平,以宁夏大学节能监管系统项目建设为例,对校园建筑节能监管系统进行介绍,从硬件和软件上分析了节能监管系统的可行性,其监管系统主要是利用校园网和低压载波远程抄表技术,通过远端数据采集实现对重点能耗单位及公共设施的水、电、暖、气等的监控和管理.通过节能效益分析可知,该系统的建成将有力提升学校用能用水的管理水平,并能为学校降低能耗、节约资金. In order to construct a saving campus and improve the efficiency of energy and water utilization and scientific management level. This paper introduces the campus architecture energy conservation supervision system and analyses the feasibility of the system based on hardware and software by illustrating the construction of energy conservation supervision system of Ningxia University. The system realizes the supervision and management of water, electric, gas and heating utilization of important energy utilization organizations and public facilities by the remote data acquisition unit, which bases on college network and low-voltage power carrier remote meter reading technique. By analysing energy-saving performance, the paper concludes that the built system will effectively improve the management level of water and energy utilization, and save energy and money for the university.
