College innovation must be deepened to solve various problems that occur in college materials management. Reform would focus on implementing centralized system to improve management efficiency; updating management concepts in view of information, markets, services, and human resources; innovating and perfecting the institution of systematicness and monitoring mechanisms. We would persist in innovating in order that college materials management would adapt to new developing state.
