善于做群众工作是我们党的优良传统和政治优势,我党历来高度重视群众工作。近年来,我们党把群众工作放到十分重要的位置来抓,各方面工作得到了群众的肯定。文章探究了目前做好群众工作的必要性和紧迫性,分析了当前我省群众工作面临的新形势,提出了完善群众工作机制、落实为民办实事、化解排查矛盾纠纷、创造良好的治安环境、强化对群众的宣传教育、重视群众工作的组织纪律等做好我省群众工作的几点建议。

It is our Party＇s fine tradition and political advantage to manage mass work and our Party has been paying close attention to the mass work. In recently years, the Party sets the mass work as one of their priorities. This paper explores the necessity and urgen- cy of the mass work management currently and analyzes the new situation of the mass work in our province. And then puts forwards some suggestions on the mass work management in our province, such as perfect the mass work mechanism, perform actual deeds for the people, investigate and solve disputes, create a sound public order, enhance the propaganda and education, and so on.
