人脱细胞同种异体真皮基质在阴道成形术中的临床应用

Clinical application of homologous acellular dermal graft in vaginoplasty

目的探讨人脱细胞同种异体真皮基质(AMG)在阴道成形术中应用的安全性和有效性。方法先天性无阴道患者11例,采用AMG进行阴道成形术。结果 11例患者均无手术并发症及排斥反应发生,术后阴道黏膜化、延展度及弹性好;平均随访12个月,已婚者性生活满意。结论 AMG是一种优良的阴道成形材料。

Objective To investigate the safety and efficacy of applying human dermal acellular matrix graft（AMG）in vaginoplasty.Methods Vaginoplasty was performed on 11 female patients of congenital absence of vagina with AMG.Results All the patients were cured,and there was noany rejection or operative complications happened.The vagina was well in the cutization,extensibility and elasticity.Average follow-up was 12 months and patients＇ intercourse satisfaction rate was high.Conclusions AMG is an excellent material applying in the vaginoplasty.
