摘要
牛仔布成衣整理过程除了赋予牛仔服装以特定的外观和手感以外,也在不同程度上改变着它的颜色。本文介绍对牛仔布成衣整理中淀粉酶、纤维素酶处理和次氯酸钠漂白进行的试验,测试了这些过程对织物颜色的影响程度,并探索了在pH值11和12.5条件下染色的纱线于漂白后颜色变化的差异。研究发现,淀粉酶和纤维素酶并不会改变织物的色调,但漂白过程会使色调由偏红向偏绿方向发生很大变化;不同的pH值条件下;染色样品在漂白时颜色改变有明显的差异。
Garment finishing of denim can change its color on different degrees, besides endowing certain appearance and handle of the garment. The degree of color variation wos tested in the process of amylase desizing, cellulose treating as well as sodium hypochlorite bleaching. It was discovered that amylase and eellulase will not change the color while bleaching process will change the hue from reddish to greenish, different pH value of the dye bath has different color variation.
