摘要
以辛酸亚锡为催化剂,淀粉和L-乳酸为原料,采用直接缩聚法制得淀粉-聚乳酸接枝共聚物(Starch-g-PLLA),其结构通过红外光谱和氢核磁共振波谱得到了证实。借助XRD、SEM表征手段探讨了微波处理对淀粉结构的影响,考察了淀粉的微波改性对接枝率和接枝效率的影响,探讨了接枝反应较为理想的条件:淀粉与L-乳酸的质量比为1∶4;催化剂的用量为淀粉和乳酸总质量的0.1%。
Starch-g-poly( L-lactic acid ) ( Starch-g-PLLA )was synthesized using starch and L-lactic acid as starting material by means of the direct polycondensation in the presence of Sn (Oct) 2 as a catalyst. The results of XRD and SEM analyses show that the microwave modification of starch changes the crystallinity of starch obviously and improves the grafting rate and grafting efficiency of Starch-g-PLLA. The optimum conditions of the grafting copolymerization are as follows: the weight ratio of starch to L-LA is 1 : 4 and dosage of catalyst is 0.1% of the total amount of starch and L-lactic acid.
