摘要
目的探讨黄芩水提液在体外抗呼吸道合胞病毒(RSV)的作用及其机制,为治疗RSV感染寻找新型药物。方法将中药黄芩制成水提液。运用体外细胞培养技术,以MTT法检测黄芩水提液对Hela细胞的毒性。以利巴韦林(病毒唑)为阳性对照,对黄芩水提液进行体外抗RSV的药效学检测。结果黄芩的50%细胞中毒药物浓度(CC_()50)为16.32 mg/mL,对RSV的半数有效剂量(EC_(50))为2.43 mg/mL。黄芩和病毒唑对RSV的抑制作用存在明显的量效关系(P<0.05)。结论黄芩在体外实验中对RSV有一定抑制作用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of anti-respiratory syncytial virus of water extract liquid of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi, and to find the new drug for treatment of respiratory syncytial virus(RSV) infection. Methods Chinese medicine Scutellaria Baicalensis Gecrgi was turned into water extract liquid . Using in vitro cell culture technique ,the cytotoxicity of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi water extract was detected by 3-(4,5-dimethylthiazole-2- yl)2,5-diphenyltetrazolium bromide (MTT) method. With ribavirin as the positive control drug, antiviral activity of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi water extract was detected with cell culture method. Results The median cytotoxicity concentration(50~ cytotoxicity concentration,CC^0)of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi was 16. 32 mg/mL, the median effective concentration (500//00 effective concentration, EC50) of the extraction of Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi was 2. 43 mg/mL. Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi and ribavirin gave a dose-dependent response in inhibiting RSV(P〈0. 05). Conclusion Scutellaria Baicalensis Georgi shows potent inhibition on RSV in vitro.
