摘要 从惠更斯-菲涅耳原理出发,得到单缝、矩孔和圆孔夫琅禾费衍射的光强分布表达式.利用Maple软件编程实现了对单缝、矩孔和圆孔夫琅禾费衍射实验的计算机仿真.仿真结果的衍射图样和光强分布曲线细致逼真,并讨论了各种实验参数对衍射结果的影响,使整个物理过程直观形象,与实际实验结果一致.这为数字化仿真现代光学实验提供了一种好的手段. In this paper, starting from the Huygens-Fresnel principle, we get intensity distribution expressions of light on the single slit, rectangle aperture and circular aperture Fraunhofer diffractions. Based on Maple, Fraunhofer diffraction experiments of single slit, rectangle aperture and circular aperture were simulated. The results show that diffraction patterns and light intensity distribution curves of these diffraction experiments are delicate and distinct. In addition, the impacts of several parameters upon the diffraction patters have been discussed in some detail, which make whole physical process object and are consistent with the results of actual experiments. This work provides an excellent means for digital simulation of modem optical experiments.
