摘要 从单胺氧化酶(MAO)活性位点的角度,介绍了近年来报道的单胺氧化酶抑制剂,其包括作用于"Aromatic Cage"、I2型咪唑活性位点的单胺氧化酶抑制剂以及作用于单胺氧化酶通道的抑制剂,对这些作用于不同活性位点的抑制剂的分析将对认识和研究酶的结构和功能具有重要的指导作用,同时也为研究高活性和高选择性的抑制剂提供新的思路和方法。 From the activity site of monoamine oxidase, we introduced several monoamine oxidase inhibitors that reported in recent years, including those reacted on "Aromatic Cage" , I2-IBS and the path of MAO, it will be important for us to research the structure and function of the MAO with the analysis of these inhibitors, also it
