System Control of Weight Unevenness in Blowing-carding Process

通过清梳内外重量不匀率关系的分析 ,指出传统清梳质量控制的不足之处主要在于无法知道棉卷的外不匀和总不匀情况 ,提出运用一些新方法对清、梳工序重量不匀率进行系统控制 。

This paper analyses the relations between within\|package weight unevenness and between\|package weight unevenness in blowing\|carding process,points out the main disadvantage of conventional blowing\|carding quality control is unable to know the between\|package unevenness and the sigma unevenness of cotton lap,and raises some new methods being used in system control of weight unevenness in blowing and carding process in order to obtain the better yarn quality.
