摘要
阐述汽车空调控制器的工作原理及测试原理,给出了汽车空调控制器自动测试系统的设计方案。详细介绍了该款汽车空调控制器运行环境的模拟方法及汽车空调控制器各功能模块的测试方法。现场实际运用表明,该设计方案可行,测试结果可靠。
The article describes the operation and testing principles of an automotive air conditioning controller and presents the design scheme for automation test system of the controller.This paper introduces in detail the methods for simulating the running environment of automotive air conditioning controller and test each function module of that.This test system is put into practice,the practice shows that the scheme is feasible and the test results are reliable.
